Vito Viciconte, 65, of Little Ferry, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Monte San Giacomo, Italy, Vito immigrated to Hoboken in 1981. He has been a resident of Little Ferry for more than 20 years. He retired from St. Mary’s Hospital Maintenance Department. He was a proud member of the Hoboken Monte San Giacomo Club. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife, Concetta (nee Percontino), his loving son Antonio and his wife Charlene, his cherished daughters Marisa and her husband Tarek and Angela and her husband Abdel, his father in Italy, Antonio Viciconte. Also surviving is a brother Giuseppe and two sisters, Anna and Angela and her husband Enzo. He was blessed with four grandchildren, Branden, Lucca, Malaikah and Asiyah, He was dearly loved by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and a grand host of nieces and nephews. Vito was predeceased by his mother, Maria (nee Romano).
The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Ann’s R.C. Church in Hoboken on Thursday, October 29th at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview. Continuous visitation will begin on Wednesday, October 28th at 3 PM and conclude at 9 PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken.
