Theresa Brown (nee Dorry), 84, of Hoboken, passed away peacefully at home on August 22, 2019.  She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Brown (2004).  Devoted mother of Raymond, Thomas, and Barbara Aris and her husband Robert.  Endeared sister of Madeline Marchese.  Theresa will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings Raymond Dorry, Bernadette Coyle and Maureen Heslin.

Theresa was born in New York City to Edwin Dorry and Ellen (nee Day).  Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.  Theresa was also a babysitter for several families throughout Hoboken.

Funeral service will be offered on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, 9:30 AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Hoboken.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY. Visitation, Monday, August 26, 2019, 3-8 PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken. Valet parking available in rear off Sixth Street.
