With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Stanlee Palmisano (nee Serino) on August 14, 2025. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on September 17, 1943, Stanlee brought joy and warmth to everyone she met. She was a devoted mother to her late daughter Tia Palmisano and kept Tia’s memory alive by sharing her music.
Stanlee was a dedicated teacher at Joseph F. Brandt School for many years and became an advocate of the DARE program which had a positive impact on many students. Stanlee had a love of skiing and travel which took her worldwide as she was always off on some great adventure. She lived her life with a holistic approach which led her to the Young Living Essential Oils where she became a Diamond Distributor. She found total fulfillment through not only learning of the benefits of these oils but also by teaching it to so many along her journey. Young Living was a huge part of her life and she loved her Young Living family as well.
Stanlee was predeceased by Marge (DeRose) and Orazio “Sam” Serino, her daughter Tia and her loving niece Tanya Berghuys.
Stanlee is survived by her beloved sisters Michele, Alicia and Stephanie Serino and Stephanie’s husband David Jarret. She also leaves behind her dear nephews and nieces Nickolas and Lisa Goldsack, Johnna Goldsack and Travis and Linda Avitable. She was affectionately known as Aunt DeeDee. Her family was her greatest joy and she treasured every moment with them. She was blessed with many loving friends who adored and cherished her presence in their lives.
Stanlee will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of family and friends.
