Sophia Rutigliano, 51, from Sayreville NJ (originally from Hoboken) passed away on Monday July 29th, 2024. She was adored by many and will be missed tremendously.

She leaves behind her cherished daughter Nayome, her beloved mother Francesca Rutigliano, sisters Jacqueline Rutigliano, Maryann Rutigliano and Anna Rutigliano. Her brother-in-law Brian Manzi and nieces and nephews. Sophia is predeceased by her father Mauro Rutigliano and two brothers Anthony Rutigliano and Gerardo Rutigliano.

Sophia was a fan of New Kids on the Block and Kenny Chesney. She loved tuning into Delilah on 99.9 Lite FM and also donated to various organizations. 

Visitation will be held at Failla-McKnight Memorial Home in Hoboken, NJ on Saturday, August 10th, 2024 beginning at 9:00am and concluding at 10:00am.

The Funeral Mass will be offered at St Ann Roman Catholic Church in Hoboken, NJ at 10:00am on Saturday, August 10th, 2024.

Entombment will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society.
