Rosina Cardillo (née Vernaglia), 98, of Hoboken, NJ, entered into eternal life on December 26, 2025.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Giuseppe Cardillo (2021).  Loving mother of Frank (Rosemarie) Cardillo.  Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Frank, Joseph, and Anthony, and great-grandmother of Santino, Mila, Alina, Valentina, A.J. and Peter.  Predeceased by her daughter, Antoinette Romano (2012).

Rosina was born in Monte San Giacomo, Italy to the late Maria and Antonio Vernaglia.  She emigrated to the U.S. in 1960, settling in Hoboken.  She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be dearly missed.

A celebration of Rosina’s life will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2025, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken.  Funeral Mass to be offered Monday, December 29, 2025, 10:00 AM at St. Ann’s R.C. Church, 704 Jefferson Street, Hoboken.  Rosina will be entombed with her husband at Fairview Mausoleum, 501 Bergenwood Road, Fairview.
