Rosemarie Ricciardi, 82, a lifelong Hudson County resident, passed away peacefully on Thursday May 7, 2021. She is survived by her beloved aunt Josephine Elisano, and her cherished cousins, Steve, Anthony, Ray and Greg Calogero, Rosemarie Cimino, Toni Lepore, Maryann Hudson, Greg Natter, Rosemary Croft, John, Matthew and Mark Daron, Doreen and Amanda Giordano, and Greg and Lucille Iscaro. She was the devoted wife of the late Nicholas Ricciardi and adored mother of the late Jude Paul Ricciardi. Rosemarie was born in North Bergen, NJ to Mary (nee Iscaro) and Peter Appalaro. She worked as a Teacher’s Aide for the town of North Bergen for many years. Rosemarie had many talents but she was famous as a chocolatier and baker. She was extremely creative and her innovation of design and uniqueness was displayed through her arts and crafts. Her warm smile and devotion to her family as a daughter, wife, mother, and great friend will forever be remembered.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2021 beginning at 9 A.M. and concluding at 10:45 A.M.at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Ave., Hoboken.  Funeral Mass will follow at St. Francis R.C. Church at 11 A.M. Interment at Grove Church Cemetery, North Bergen.
