Richard H. Koschig 72, Of Lyndhurst passed away on Tuesday September, 17th 2024 surrounded by loved ones.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Carol Koschig (nee Certisimo) married for 38 years and his cherished daughter Milissa Mitchell (Jake).
Richard was a Hoboken Police Office for 25 years and retired as a Detective, he also served in the US Navy on the JFK Ship.
Richard is predeceased by his endeared brother Gus Koshing in 2018.
A great joy in his life was his grandson, Ryan.
Visitation will be held on Friday September 20th, 2024 beginning at 3:00pm and concluding at 8:00pm.
The Honors ceremony will be held for Richard on Saturday September 21st, 2024 beginning at 11:00am at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home.
A private cremation will be held at East Ridgelawn Cemetery in Clifton, NJ.
In Lieu, of flowers donations can be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
