Michael J. Donofrio, 85, of Hoboken passed away on October 28th, 2023. He was born on June 28th, 1938. Michael, known to most as Mike, was a family man who worked hard.

Mike cherished his nephews and nieces and was an impactful presence in their lives.

Mike is survived by his caring brother Victor Donofrio, and devoted sister Dolores England nee Donofrio, his sister in-law, Micki (Frei) Donofrio, his brother-in-law Richard “Dick” England and his lifelong friend Carolyn Pasculli. He was predeceased by his mother, Catherine (Bucco) Donofrio, father, John Donofrio, sister Ann (Donofrio) Bensulock and brother-in-law William Bensulock.

Mike loved his life long home in Hoboken, NJ. For over 50 years, Mike owned and operated Adams Service Station, where he dedicated much of his time, energy and personality, and earned the nickname, Mikie Amoco. We will miss his saltiness and the unique perspective he brought to every situation. Mike was an avid and combustible Yankees and NY Giants fan.
