Mario A. Raggio, 99, a lifelong Hoboken resident, entered into eternal life on June 26, 2025.  Predeceased by his beloved wife, Catherine E. Raggio (2021).  Surviving is his daughter, Catherine “Cookie” Raggio, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Mario was a veteran of the U.S. Army, proudly serving his country during World War II, and the owner of Ralph Raggio’s Meat Market, Hoboken, for many years.

A celebration of Mario’s life will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken.  Parking is available in rear of the funeral home, off Sixth Street.  The Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 10:00 AM, St. Ann’s R.C. Church, 704 Jefferson Street, Hoboken.  Mario will be laid to rest with his wife at George Washington Memorial Park, Century & Paramus Roads, Paramus.
