Obituary

Maria Cammarano, (nee Percontino), 92 of Palisades Park passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Born in Monte San Giacomo, Italy. Maria immigrated to Hoboken in 1961 and settled in Palisades Park in 1976. A retired seamstress with various clothing manufacturers. She was a devoted wife and mother. Maria is predeceased by her late husband Mario in 1985 and a son Matthew.  She leaves to mourn her passing her son Luiz (Cira), her daughter Concetta (Connie) Cammarano, two sisters Antonia Monaco and Anna Pasquale. A great joy in her life were her endeared grandchildren, Nick (Antonella), Maria Carmella, Christina (Nick), Sabrina (David), Felicia and five great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters Anna Lisa, Rosa Percontino and Josephine Lisa. She was also predeceased by her siblings Nicola, Angelo, Michele and Cleonice Totaro.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019, beginning at 5PM and concluding at 9Pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday morning at the funeral home chapel at 10:15AM. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, New Jersey. Parking available in rear of memorial home off Sixth Street.
