Joseph Calabrese Jr, 82, Of Secaucus passed away peacefully on Friday May 3rd, 2024 at Hackensack Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Alberta (Corrado) Calabrese.
Joseph was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served his country with honor.
He was employed by the US Trust & Company in New York and later at the MetLife Arena & Stadium in East Rutherford.
He was a devoted brother to Anne Marie Defelice and her husband Joseph.
Joseph was known for his fun-loving unselfish nature, hearty laugh and never-ending kindness. He enjoyed vacationing at the beach, traveling and most of all cooking for his beloved family and friends.
Joseph is survived by a host of cherished cousins and endeared friends who were an important part of his life.
Visitation will be held at Failla-McKnight Memorial home in Hoboken on Tuesday May 7th, 2024 beginning at 2:00pm and concluding at 7:00pm.
Relatives and friends are invited to share in the celebration of the Eucharist at the Funeral Mass which will be offered at Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church located at 188 MacArthur Ave, Garfield, NJ beginning at 10:00am on Wednesday May 8th, 2024.

Those attending the funeral are asked to gather directly at the church prior to the funeral mass, there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Ample parking is available on church grounds.
Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum in North Arlington, NJ.
