Jose A. Rivera Soler,76 known to his friends and college as “Cheo”, from Hoboken, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10th, 2025, at Hoboken University Medical Center.

Jose worked hard his whole life for various companies-he really loved to keep busy!

 He is survived by his beloved siblings: Maria Soler Marrero, Elizabeth Pacheco, Efrain Reveron, and Manuel Rivera Soler, along with Diana, Cathy, Migna, and Elpidio Rivera.

Jose had a passion for cooking, enjoyed salsa music, and cherished spending time with family. 

He is also served by his children had a host of wonderful nieces and nephews who are going to miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 14th, 2025 from 4-8PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home located at 533 Willow Ave, Hoboken, NJ, 07030.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday January 15th, 2025 from 9-12PM with a Catholic Blessing beginning at 11AM.

Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Kearny, NJ.
