John Maresca, 69, a lifelong resident of Hoboken passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at his home. Born in Hoboken to parents Salvatore and Angelina (nee Abramoitz) Maresca. John worked for the Hoboken Board of Education as a school teacher for thirty-seven years. He was predeceased by four brothers, Joseph, George, Frank and Anthony, and four endeared sisters, Theresa Morales, Rose Rivera, Mary Amato and Alice Manzi. Surviving is his cherished sister, Florence Amato and a brother, Salvatore Maresca and a host of many nieces and nephews. John will be sadly missed.

Due to the current health crisis, John will be privately interred on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
