Joann Reilly Porta, 51, of Lyndhurst, passed away peacefully on November 14th, 2022 at 9:05AM.
Joann was born on August 10th, 1971, to James Reilly (deceased) and Portia Reilly (nee Recanati). She was born and raised in Hoboken, NJ where she worked as an office manager of S&B Plumbing for over 15 years, and was beloved by all who knew her. Joann graduated from Lyndhurst High School, the township in which she resided for more than 20 years with her family.
She is survived by her devoted husband Cosimo, her cherished son Nicholas Vito and his wife Madelynne, and her adored daughter Christina Albina. Joann is also survived by her sisters Nancy and Susan, her mother Portia, her mother and father-in-law Vito and Albina Porta, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Joann was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and devoted friend. She was a treasured member of the Hoboken and Lyndhurst communities, and will be deeply missed by each and every life she touched.
The memorial mass will be offered at St. Ann’s RC Church in Hoboken, NJ on Friday, November 18th, 2022 at 10AM.
