Jessie Citro (formerly Capraro), 95, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, April 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Hoboken, Jessie spent nearly her entire life in the home she cherished. She was deeply involved in her community, dedicating many years of service to Hoboken High School and remaining a devoted and familiar presence at her beloved church, St. Francis.

Jessie was predeceased by her loving husband Sonny, her daughter Julie, her niece Tanya and her son-in-law Robert.

She is survived by her devoted son Gerard (Cheryl), and her daughter Cammie Citro. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Justina, Vincent (Katherine), Fabiana (Peter), Kristiana, and Jullianne, as well as her adored great-grandchildren, Kayla and James.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the Funeral Mass to immediately follow at 1:00 PM at St. Francis Church in Hoboken, New Jersey (308 Jefferson Street). Entombment Monday, April 20, 2026, 11:00 AT at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum in North Arlington, New Jersey (340 Ridge Rd).
