Isabella Giovine (nee DeCandia) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Molfetta, Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1975. She resided most of her life in Hoboken, New Jersey. She worked as a Seamstress for Various Clothing companies and was a member of the International Ladies Garment Worker’s Union. She was predeceased by her husband Corrado, grandson Carlos Aviles and one sister, Dora and a brother Felice . Surviving are her cherished daughters, Maria and her husband Matthew Connolly and Teresa and her husband Jose Padilla, a son, Saverio Giovine and a brother Giovanni DeCandia. A great joy in Isabella’s life were her endeared grandchildren, Isabella, Joshua, Anthony and Miranda.

Due to the current health crisis, Isabella will be privately interred with her husband at Fairview Mausoleum.
