Gertrude DaPuzzo (Nee Mecca), 97, born in Hoboken, passed away on July 30th at her Secaucus home.
Gertrude worked in the Garment Industry as a Knitwear Specialist.
Anyone that knew her will recall her kindness, sociability, and sincerity.
Gert was predeceased by her loving husband Paul in 2012 and three brothers Angelo, Jack, and Peter.
Surviving are her two cherished sons Frank and Dennis DaPuzzo.
She leaves to mourn her passing a brother Mario and a host of endeared nieces, nephews, and their children.
Gert was predeceased by the late June Baxter. Who was like a daughter to her. She will also be missed by Junes surviving son and daughter.
The funeral mass will be offered at St. Ann’s RC Church in Hoboken. Thursday, August 4th, at 10am.
Gert will be interred with her late husband Paul at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd. Beginning at 3pm and concluding at 8pm.
