Gerardo Rutigliano, 38, of Keyport, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, October 12, 2020 at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel, New Jersey. Born in Hoboken. Gerardo was employed as a Contractor for Royal Irrigation, Lawn Sprinkler Systems in Marlboro, New Jersey. He was predeceased by his father, Mauro (2016).  He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving and compassionate mother, Francesca (nee DiGennaro), sisters, Sophia, Jackie, MaryAnn and Anna, and a brother Anthony. Also surviving is his cherished daughter, Vanessa and his son, Alexander.  He will be sadly missed by the mother of his children, Jennifer Cruz and a host of nieces and nephews.

The Funeral mass will be offered on Friday, October 16, 2020, 11AM at St. Ann Catholic Church, Hoboken. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, New Jersey. Visitation will begin at 10AM and conclude at 10:30AM at Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, Hoboken. Parking available in rear of memorial home off Sixth Street. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the Pop Corn Zoo in Forked River, New Jersey will be greatly appreciated by the family.
