Francis (Frank) Koelsch, 57, of Brick, formerly of Hoboken, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in the presence of his wife. Born in Hoboken, Frank moved to Toms River in 2009.  Frank worked in Environmental Services for the City of Hoboken for over twenty years. He was predeceased by his parents, Francis J. and Dorothy (nee O’Neill) Koelsch, and a brother-in-law, Charles. Surviving is his loving wife, Christine (nee Osienski), a brother, Patrick K. (Lee), three endeared sisters, Catherine Pryblick (Jeffrey), Barbara Borngesser and Arlene Caggiano (John). A great joy in Frank’s life were his cherished nieces and nephews, Charlie, Kristen, Danny, John, Nick, Michelle, Andrew, Mackenzie and eight great nieces and nephews.

A Catholic Blessing will be held on Friday, September, 11, 2020, 5:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Visitation will be held on Friday, beginning at 4PM at concluding at 8PM at Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken, NJ 07030. Private Cremation.
