Ferdinando “Dino” Tamborra, age 80, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Born in Molfetta, Italy he came to Hoboken, NJ in his early 30’s. He devoted 30 years to Hoboken University Medical Center (St. Mary’s Hospital) as the Head Plumber. Married to his beloved wife Ippolita for 43 years. He leaves behind 3 daughters Giovanna and husband Michael Cummings, Mary, Tonia and husband Giovanni Spaccavento. Devoted nonno to his precious grandchildren Dannee, Michael and grandchildren in Italy. He is survived by his brother Nicola and wife Erica and sister-in-law Teresa. He is predeceased by two brothers Fedele and Giuseppe and Fedele’s wife Gavina. He will be sadly missed by his family, nieces, nephews, friends near and far and his loyal dog Milo. Dino was a one of a kind man who touched the lives of many through laughter. He enjoyed playing pool, dancing and being home with his family “protecting the house”. He lived by the phrase “mente sana in corpo sano.” He will live on in our hearts forever.

Visitation Thursday, January 13, 2022 beginning at 9 A.M. and concluding at 10: 30 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at our Lady of Grace R.C. Church, 11 A.M.
