The world became brighter on June 20, 1958, the day that Deborah (Tumminello) Fitzpatrick was born. Deborah, 65, sadly passed away on November 20, 2023 and although she will be sorely missed as she was the heart and soul of her family, she lived a life full of love, laughter and purpose and for that we are forever grateful.
Deborah leaves behind her three children Amanda, Ryan and Meagan along with 7 grandchildren, Alysa, Justin, Deanna, Jaylah, Nayasia, Mason and Jackson and a host of nieces and nephews.
Her life was made full with the love of her family as well as her partner Jimmy, Lindsey Morris who was like a daughter to her and by her best friends who she considered sisters, Joann Barron, Joann Patire, Lynn Bresnan, Laurie Darella, Barbara Cassella, Natalie Pedevillano and Joy Sears.
Deborah is predeceased by her parents Marie and Michael Tumminello and her brother Michael Tumminello Jr.. Deborah lit up any room she walked into with her infectious laugh, beautiful smile and her genuine love of life.
In remembrance of the fulfillment that her life brought to others Deborah will be cremated and her ashes will be used to plant a tree. Because a tree represents the connection between the earth and heaven this choice will provide strength, symbolize growth and tranquility and most of all act as an everlasting connection to her family, friends and loved ones
Vitiation will be held on Friday November 24th, 2023 beginning at 2pm and concluding at 8pm at Failla-McKnight Memorial Home.
The funeral mass will be offered on Saturday November 25th, 2023 at St. Francis RC Church in Hoboken beginning at 9am.
