Craig C. Caracozza, 46, of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on April 29, 2026. Devoted husband of Cindy (née Ratto) Caracozza. Proud father of Sienna Viviana. Cherished son of Janice (née Stoffa) and her life partner Bart. Dear brother of Michael Caracozza and his wife Heather. Also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his beloved twin daughters, Valentina and Sofia Caracozza (2024), and his father, Michael Caracozza (2019).
Craig was born and raised in Clifton, NJ, and later moved to West Caldwell, where he started C Results Fitness out of his garage and grew it into a thriving business in Fairfield, NJ. Known for his charisma, sharp wit, and enormous heart, Craig was a born jokester — always finding the perfect moment to land a laugh and light up any room he walked into. His sarcasm could have an edge, but those who knew him understood it came wrapped in love and good intentions. Having survived cancer in his college years, Craig met life’s hardest battles with resilience and an uncanny ability to find the positive. He was proudest of becoming a father. He adored spending time with children and loved animals, travel, and his close-knit family above all else. Those closest to him will remember his infectious laugh, his childlike playfulness, and his fiercely guarded stash of Doritos, Reese’s, and doughnuts — which absolutely no one else was allowed to touch.
A celebration of Craig’s life will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken, NJ. The Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Ann’s R.C. Church, 704 Jefferson Street, Hoboken, NJ. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, 501 Bergenwood Road, Fairview, NJ.
