Carmelo Branca, 80, of Cranford, NJ (formerly of Hoboken) passed away peacefully at St. Barnabas Hospital, Livingston on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Born in Sicily Carmelo came to the United Sates in 1969 to Hoboken and later moved to Cranford, NJ. He was a retired employee Van Leer Chocolate Company, Jersey City retiring in 1991. Surviving is his loving wife Rosaria (nee Fisicaro), two loving sons, Joseph Branca and Anthony and his wife Lauren also surviving are two sisters Maria Migalizzi and Graziella Caratozzolo.
Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Ann’s R.C. Church in Hoboken on Tuesday at 10 A.M. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview. Visitation Monday beginning at 4 P.M. and concluding at 8 P.M. Parking is available in rear of memorial home off 6th St.
