Anthony V Mignoli, 35, of Hoboken passed Away suddenly at home on Wednesday,January 13, 2021.Some of Anthony’s many accomplishments began as an Eagle Scout with Troop 146 in Hoboken; where he received the special “Order of the Arrow”. A graduate of St Peters University In Jersey City receiving A Bachelor of Arts degree. Anthony developed a love and interest of food at a very early age. He was eager to learn the individual expertise of culinary accomplishments by traveling abroad and attending and completing his culinary studies at the renown Alma International Culinary School, in Colorno, Italy (Parma). Enjoyng a position as a chef at Magorabin at a Michelin Guide in Torino (Turin), Italy, He also Graduated from the International Culinary Center In NYC .Returning to the USA he was employed as a chef for several high profile locations Such as Google, New York University, Aramark Foods and The Dutch Restaurant, all in NYC. Always eager to entertain family and friends for fine dining at home. He loved Travel, friendship, harmony and great inspiring conversation.With the guidance of his father he developed a love of Deep Sea Fishing entering many fishing tournaments. He leaves to forever mourn his passing, His loving parents Anthony Mignoli and Theresa Pino, and a host of others endeared relatives. He was pre-deceased by his cherished grandparents Angelo and
Bartola (nee) Bivano Mignoli; and Carmine And Carmella (nee) Bossone Pino, and, his 2 uncles Carmine Pino, Jr, and,Joseph Mignoli. A PRIVATE entombment will be held at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum in North Arlington, NJ. A Memorial Funeral Mass To celebrate Anthony’s Life will take place at a time to be announced.
