Ana “Mama” Villafane born in Utuado, PR in 1949, moved to Hoboken, NJ in 1969 where she met her husband for 39 years. Ana worked till 1991 then continued as a stay at home caretaker till her passing leaving behind 6 kids, 16 grandkids, and 15 beautiful great grandkids. In the words of Mama, ‘que dios me lo cuide , y me lo protege’.

Go in peace, go in kindness. Go in love, go in faith. Leave the day, the day behind us. Day is done, go in grace. Let us go into the dark. Not afraid, not alone. Let us hope by some good pleasure. Safely to arrive at home.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 4:00PM – 8:00PM and Wednesday January 12, 2022 at 7:30AM – 9:30AM at Failla Memorial Home at 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken NJ. 07030. Funeral Mass will be at Our Lady of Grace, Wednesday January 12th at 9:30AM at 400 Willow Avenue, Hoboken NJ 07030. Followed by Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery at 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington 07031.
