Maria Curbelo, 67, of Hoboken, passed away June 7, 2021, surrounded by loving family. She was born in La Pina Vieja, Dominican Republic to the late Maria (nee Robles-Garcia) and Miguel Santana, Nov. 25, 1953. She was the beloved wife of the late Wilfredo Curbelo. Maria was the devoted mother of Crystal and Miguel and mother-in-law to Troy Moore and Johanny Toledo. The greatest Joy in her life were her grandchildren Sophia and Izzy. Maria was the cherished sister of Carmen Santana and loving aunt to Thomas Rodriguez , Domingo Lopez , and her great niece Elizabeth Rodriguez. Maria was a dutiful homemaker that dedicated herself to her family. She was an adored friend to many and was very generous always willing to lend a helping hand. Maria loved music and you could always find her singing and dancing throughout her day. She could always put a smile on your face especially because she was known to be a jokester. Maria will be sadly missed by all her who knew her. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 beginning at 5 P.M. and will conclude at 7 P.M. at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken. Cremation private.
