Victoria Helen Fatovic, (nee Belscak), passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020, at Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus after a long struggle with MS. She was 75 years old. Victoria was born in Hoboken and a longtime resident of Secaucus. Victoria was a devoted wife of Victor, who predeceased her in 2013. She was the co-owner and bookkeeper of Mario’s Tavern in Hoboken with her late husband for more than 50 years. Mourning her passing are her cherished and dedicated daughter Sonya Marie Fitzmaurice and her husband, Robert. A great joy in Victoria’s life was her granddaughter Brenna Raschel. Victoria was an animal lover and took tremendous joy in her two cats, Missy and Junior. Strong-willed and kind, she was willing to listen to anyone, always quick to give advice. She was truly grateful of all the care she received over the years.

Due to the current health crisis, Victoria’s funeral service will be private. She will be entombed with her husband at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ. A Private Catholic Blessing will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
