Mary P. Pendrick nee Duff, 86 a lifelong Hoboken resident. Passed away peacefully in Jersey City on Saturday, January 29 2022. Mary was employed at US Testing Corporation for many years and then was a retired benefits manager at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. Mary was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Grace Church where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 3rd at 11AM. Her son Reverend Thomas Pendrick will be the celebrant. Her husband Gerard predeceased her in 2013. Mary is also survived by 3 children Gerard, Gary, and Mary Pendrick. Two endeared brothers Thomas and Edward Duff. Four loving grandchildren Daniel, Dennis, Matthew, and Alan. A great joy in her life was her only great granddaughter Reese.
Mary was a past member of the Mothers Guild of Our Lady of Grace school and an active parishioner for the activities at Our Lady of Grace Parish.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 2nd from 2PM-4PM and continuing 7PM-9PM parking is available in rear of the Funeral Home off 6th Street. A concelebrated Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace at 11AM on February 3rd. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, N.J. Memorial contributions may be made to Sloan Kettering Cancer Research New York City.
