John Peter Dalton, 59, of Norwood, NJ, formerly of Hoboken, passed away on March 2nd, 2023, after a brief illness.
John was a loyal patron of Our Lady of Grace Church in Hoboken, serving both as an altar boy and usher.
He attended Our Lady of Grace grammar school and Hoboken High School.
John spent his career as an Accountant Specialist for Pro-Travel/Travel Leaders in NYC, NY.
He is survived by his devoted partner, Nancy Micale-Dalton, also of Hoboken.
John is predeceased by Helen and James Dalton and Decorated Vietnam Veteran, James A. Dalton.
He was a NY Giants, Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, and a Red Sox fan. He loved to travel, his favorites being the Grand Canyon and Hawaii.
No flowers, as per family’s request.
A funeral mass will be offered at Our Lady of Grace RC Church in Hoboken on Monday, March 6th, 2023 at 10am.
Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum in North Arlington, NJ.
Prior to mass, a visitation will be held at the Failla-Mcknight Memorial home; 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken, NJ on Monday, March 6th, 2023. Beginning at 9am and concluding at 9:45am.
Parking is located in rear of memorial home, off Sixth street, between Park and Willow Avenue.
