Giuseppe Modugno, 92, of Little Ferry formerly of Hoboken and Weehawken passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Hospital in Paterson. Born in Molfetta, Italy. He came to Hoboken in 1971 but was a resident of Weehawken for many years. Giuseppe was employed at General Motors in Elizabeth, New, Jersey as a mechanic. He was a member of the Societa Unita in Union City, New Jersey. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Rosa (nee Tridente) in 2020. Surviving is his only son Michael, two daughters, Angela Losurdo (Massimo) and Giulia Morrone (Carl); his cherished grandchildren Carmela Morrillo, Rosa Mania, Michele Dipalo, Michael Losurdo, Giuseppina Finizio, Joseph Morrone and Nicholas Morrone and seven endeared great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five endeared sisters, Franca, Anna, Antonia, Susanna and Domenica. He was predeceased by an brother, Agostino.

His Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, November 28,2020, 10AM at St. Francis RC Church, 308 Jefferson Street, Hoboken. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020 beginning at 4PM and concluding at 8PM at Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken. Parking available in rear of memorial home off Sixth Street.
