Fred Lang, 78, of Hoboken passed away on April 28th, 2023. He was born on June 26th, 1944, Fred was raised in the Bronx by his parents Sam and Etta and with his brother, Ron.
He and his wife Carole, were married in May of 1969 and they raised their children, Brian and Denise in Whippany, NJ. Fred started his career as a professor of psychology. He then earned his Master’s Degree in hospital administration and spent over 30 years in the field at various hospitals in New York and New Jersey. Upon retiring from hospital administration, he spent 10 more years teaching before officially retiring.
Fred is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carole, his brother, Ron Lang, his son Brian, his daughter Denise and her husband Micah and his grandchildren, Miles and Graham Nessan.
Fred had a sense of humor that could light up a room, he will be greatly missed. A celebration of life service to honor Fred will be held in the fall.
