Francesca Bellifemine, Morelli died peacefully on Monday, May 6, 2019, a resident of Weehawken, New Jersey, at the age of 89. Francesca is survived by her five children, Dominick and daughter-in-law Susan, Morris, Anthony and daughter-in-law Donna, Vincenzo, Judy “Nella” and son-in-law Gino Ricca, and seven grandchildren, Thomas, Daniela, Gina, Marianne, Michele, Jessica and Nicole; and two great grandchildren Jacob and Joseph. Also surviving is her loving sister Nicoletta Pappagallo. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Tommaso (1987) and two sisters Maria DeTerlizzi and Lucrezia Mozzillo.

Francesca was born on August 19, 1929 in Molfetta, Italy to her parents Mauro and Giustina Morelli. Francesca was a loving mother to all her children and grandchildren. She loved to cook and help her son-in-law at La Bella Salumeria in Union City, New Jersey. She lived a long and happy life raising her children and grandchildren, and enjoying the love of her nieces and nephews. 

The Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, May 10, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s RC Church, Hoboken.  Interment will follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, New Jersey. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral mass beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s RC Church, 704 Jefferson Street, Hoboken. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The Society of La Madonna dei Martiri, 332 Adams Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030.
