Antonio Ratto, 66, of Little Ferry, formerly of Hoboken, passed away at Hackensack University Medical Center, on Monday, September 12th, 2022 in the presence of his loving family.
Antonio was born in Mola Di Bari, Italy and immigrated to Hoboken, NJ in 1971.
Antonio was the co-owner of Mola Ironworks in Hoboken, NJ. A business that was founded by his late father.
Antonio loved music and singing; he was the Founder of the “Gente Di Mare Band”.
He was a member of the Juventus Soccer club and the Inter Facchetti Club.
Surviving is his loving wife Rosa (Percontino) Ratto.
He was a loving father to his children; Angelo Ratto, Cindy (Craig), Elisa (Anthony), and Nico (Maria).
He leaves to mourn his passing; four devoted brothers; Franco (Antonia), Pino (Anna), Joe, and John.
A great joy in his life were his two granddaughters; Eliana and Isabella; and his two grandsons; Hans and Jonathan.
He was predeceased by his loving parents; Angelo and Vincenza (Gigante) Ratto and endeared brother-in-law, Vito Viciconte.
Tony will be sorely missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and the members of the Percontino family and many friends.
The funeral mass will be offered on Thursday, September 15th, 2022 at St. Ann’s RC Church at 10am.
Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum in Fairview, NJ.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 14th, 2022, beginning at 4pm and concluding at 9pm.
